Layaway Agreement Terms & Conditions:
Blue J Sewing Machines
By initiating a layaway program with Blue J Sewing Machines, you agree to the following terms: Duration: The layaway period is for a maximum of 3 months. Down Payment: A minimum of 10% down is required to initiate the layaway on the item(s). Payments: You may make payments at your convenience during the 3-month period. No Interest/No Fees: The layaway program is interest-free and fee-free.
Pricing: The price of the item(s) is locked in at the time the layaway is established. Sale prices, free goods, or promotions advertised at a future date cannot be applied to an existing layaway.
Completion & Pickup /Shipping: The final payment must me made within 3 months. Once the final payment is made, the item(s) will be available for pickup or shipment.
Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your layaway, payments made are non-refundable. However, a store credit will be applied to your account, valid for 2 weeks from the date of the cancellation.
By proceeding with a layaway, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
STORE POLICY
Shipping carrier will be chosen at our discretion between one of the following shipping carriers: USPS, FedEx, or UPS. All purchases online and in-store for in stock sewing machines, parts, and accessories the shipment will be shipped the next business day. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. We only ship within the US Continental States.
Paying with your credit card.
We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We require your billing and shipping address be in file with your credit card holder.
If these do not match, we cannot ship to an alternate address. Due to fraud concerns we can only ship to your billing address. This is for your protection as well as our protection from fraud. WE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT DELIVERY ON ALL SHIPMENTS OF SEWING MACHINES, SERGERS, EMBROIDERY MACHINES AND HIGHER END PRODUCTS WE SELL. If this is an issue for you, please contact us prior to ordering. Sewing machines are not intended for commercial use. Any commercial use of a home sewing machine constitutes abuse of the product and will void all warranties. Blue J Sewing Machines prides itself on customer service after the sale. In an effort to better serve you, please call 17064106826 for any repair needed on an item purchased from us. Repair items sent back to the store must be insured and properly packaged in order to reduce the potential for shipping damage. Blue J Sewing Machines is not responsible for damage to items coming into the store, only for those items we ship to our customers. Repairs sent must include customer contact information as well as detailed information on the problem. Please include a copy of the sales receipt as well. If a repair item is sent without this information, your repair may be delayed by several days to weeks. We want to take care of all our customers and following this protocol will ensure that your repair is handled promptly. Special orders are subject to shipping fees. Shipping to and from Blue J Sewing Machines is at customer's expense.
SHIPPING POLICY
Blue J Sewing Machines does offer a flat shipping fee of $40.00 in US currency on products however; flat shipping fee of $40.00 is for the contiguous United States only.

RETURNS & REPAIRS POLICY
We want to make purchasing on the Internet as easy and comfortable as possible. 100% customer satisfaction is our goal for all our customers. On rare occasions and despite our best efforts, an item might turn out to be defective. In the very unlikely event, you receive a defective product we ask you to remember that we do not manufacture these products, we simply market them in the U.S. for the manufacturers and factories. With that in mind, we will do whatever it takes to help you achieve your satisfaction.
If you are in need of any repair, service, or any warranty work on your item:
For repairs, please contact us by email online@bluejsewing.com or 17064106826 to schedule repair, service, or maintenance. Your item will include warranty information. In the event you do not have any warranty information with your item (many companies are going electronic with warranty information will honor your warranty and an attempt to repair the item is the first course of action.
We will gladly repair your item under warranty. Shipping is NOT covered under warranty. We will pay the shipping within the first 30 days of you owning the product from original date of purchase in the event you have a defective item. If the problem is operator error or misuse; shipping will be charged. In the event the item is defective we will replace the item. Please ship the item to us prepaid and then email us the tracking number at online@bluejsewing.com
Giving us your tracking number will make the process much quicker for both us and you. Please make sure all original paperwork, box, & warranties and accessories are intact and with the unit

All Cabinets have a 50% restocking fee plus the actual shipping it cost to get the item to you. Cabinets that have been opened and removed from original packaging are non-returnable. Defective parts on cabinets will be replaced at no charge.

Accustitch Stitch Regulators have a 50% restocking fee plus the actual shipping cost to get the item to you. If the factory seal has not been broken it can be returned without this fee. Defective parts can be replaced at no charge.

Blue J Sewing Machines is a full-service center for all the brands we sell. Shipping costs are not covered under any factory warranty and are to be paid by the customer.

Items that are damaged upon receipt can be replaced. Please contact us before sending the item back. We fully insure all items in the event this should happen.
REFUND POLICY
All Machines, Notions, memory cards, disk packs, sewing cabinets, sewing chairs, cutting tables, cabinet inserts, extension tables, thread, parts, notions, accessories, and special-order items are not returnable. If an item is determined by Blue J Sewing Machines to be defective, we will replace, not refund it, at no cost to you.
Special order parts are subject to actual shipping fees.
Using Gift Cards and Vouchers
Please note when using a gift card or voucher actual shipping rates are applied. Credit is used towards merchandise and not toward shipping fees.
Some manufacturers place limits on the use of promotional coupons and discounts for the purchase of their products. In some cases, the restrictions apply to all products from a specific brand; in others, only to specific products or product lines. Blue J Sewing Machines gives free estimates on all our repair work. You approve the repair before we complete it. Should you decide not to have it repaired you do not owe us anything except for shipping charges for getting your machine to and from our store. You will be required to pay the shipping to and from our repair shop. We are not responsible for damages caused in shipping. Your machine will need to be insured when they are shipped to us. You are responsible for shipping the machine to us and insuring this. We will call you when your machine is ready to ship back and charge you shipping then unless this is covered under your warranty. All repairs come with a 90-day warranty on the work we performed. Shipping is non-refundable. We will ensure the machine for the full value when these are shipped back to you and that will be included in the price when we call you.

Layaway Program
We are proud to offer a no interest, no fee, 3-month Layaway Program to our customers.
